This read-only reference lists the CDC and WHO recommended vaccines by age group. Use it to compare your logged immunisation records in VitalSync against the standard schedule and identify any gaps.

  • For vaccines you have not yet received, tap + Add Vaccine, set the vaccine name, leave the date blank, and tap Set Next Dose Reminder to schedule a reminder to discuss it with your provider at your next appointment.
  • Use the Personal Health Report to share your complete immunisation history with your healthcare provider.
