Routine Vaccines (All Destinations)
Regardless of destination, the CDC recommends ensuring these routine vaccines are up to date before any international travel:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
- Flu (annual)
- COVID-19 (current booster)
- Varicella (Chickenpox) if not immune
- Pneumococcal (for adults 65+ or at-risk groups)
Official Certificate of Vaccination (Yellow Card)
Some countries require an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP), also known as the Yellow Card, for Yellow Fever. This official document must be issued and stamped by an authorised vaccination centre — it cannot be generated by VitalSync.
The VitalSync Single Vaccine Record mini-PDF is a personal health record and is not a substitute for an official ICVP. Use it for personal reference and to share with your travel medicine provider.
