Saved Pharmacies

Save your pharmacy details in Settings so your pharmacy auto-populates on every new medication entry — and appears as a one-tap call shortcut in refill reminder notifications.

Saved Pharmacies

The Saved Pharmacies feature in Settings lets you store your pharmacy details once — name, address, and phone number — so they auto-populate whenever you add a new medication, and appear as a one-tap call shortcut in refill reminder notifications.

Adding a Pharmacy

  • Open SettingsPharmacies.
  • Tap + Add Pharmacy.
  • Enter:
  • - Pharmacy name (e.g., CVS Pharmacy — Main St, or Walgreens — Oak Ave)

    - Address (street address of the pharmacy)

    - Phone number (the pharmacy's direct line)

  • Tap Save.
  • You can add as many pharmacies as you need — for example, a local walk-in pharmacy and a mail-order pharmacy.

    How Auto-Populate Works

When you add a new medication:

  • Tap the Pharmacy field in the Add Medication form.
  • A picker appears showing your saved pharmacies.
  • Tap the pharmacy you use for that medication.
  • The name, address, and phone number are filled in automatically.
  • If you have only one saved pharmacy, it is pre-selected by default.

    Pharmacy in Refill Reminder Notifications

When a Medication Refill Reminder fires, the notification includes a "Contact Pharmacy" button that dials your saved pharmacy's phone number directly — no need to look up the number.

Tip: Save your pharmacy's direct prescription line (not the general store number) so refill calls go straight to the right department.

    Editing or Removing a Pharmacy

  • Open SettingsPharmacies.
  • Tap the pharmacy name to edit its details.
  • Swipe left on a pharmacy and tap Delete to remove it.
  • Deleting a pharmacy does not affect medications already assigned to it — the pharmacy name remains on those medication records.

    Privacy

Pharmacy details are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties. They are included in your device backup if iCloud Backup is enabled.
