What's Included in a Personal Health Report
A VitalSync Personal Health Report is structured for personal review and clinical correlation. Here is what each section contains.
Cover Page
- Patient name (from your profile)
- Report date range
- App version and generation timestamp
Vital Signs
- Blood pressure trend chart (line chart, systolic and diastolic) with AHA reference bands
- Average, minimum, and maximum BP readings
- Resting heart rate trend
- SpO₂ readings with WHO reference range (if logged)
- HRV trend with age-group reference band
- Body temperature log (if logged)
Sleep Analysis
- Average sleep duration and efficiency
- Sleep stage breakdown (Deep, Core, REM, Awake)
- 7-night trend chart
- AASM reference range comparison
Nutrition & Diet Profile
- Daily macro averages (protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre)
- Mineral averages (sodium, potassium) and Na:K ratio
- Diet profile compliance score (DASH, Mediterranean, Low-Carb, etc.)
- 30-day macro and mineral trend table
Medication Compliance
For each medication tracked in VitalSync:

| Doses Taken | Count of doses marked as taken in the report period |
| Doses Skipped | Count of doses intentionally skipped |
| Doses Missed | Count of scheduled doses with no action recorded |
| Adherence % | Taken ÷ (Taken + Skipped + Missed) × 100 |
Blood Sugar (if logged)
- Fasting, post-meal, and bedtime glucose averages
- Trend chart with ADA reference ranges
- Projected A1C estimate
Medical & Surgical History
- Diagnosed conditions (as entered in your Health Profile)
- Past surgical procedures with dates
- Known allergies
- Current and past medications (full history, not just active)
This section is populated from your Health Profile. Keep it up to date so your provider has a complete picture.
Immunisation Records (if logged)
- Vaccination records with vaccine name, date administered, lot number, and administering provider
- Next due dose date (where set)
- Overdue vaccines flagged for review
Sharing the Report
Once generated, tap Share to choose a delivery method:
