Notifications Not Working
If you are not receiving threshold alerts or medication reminders from VitalSync, follow these steps.
Step 1 — Check Notification Permissions
Step 2 — Check In-App Notification Settings
Step 3 — Focus Mode
If your iPhone is in Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, etc.), notifications from VitalSync may be silenced. Either disable Focus mode or add VitalSync to the allowed apps list.
Step 4 — Background App Refresh
Step 5 — Restart the App
Close and reopen VitalSync. Background notification tasks are re-registered on app launch.
