NeoVital Metrics Explained
Each colored neon line on the NeoVital graph represents a different vital sign. Here is what each one means and what values are considered typical.
Heart Rate (HR) — Neon Pink
Heart rate is measured in beats per minute (bpm). The graph y-axis ranges from 40–180 bpm.

| 40–60 bpm | Athletic resting range |
| >100 bpm | Elevated (tachycardia threshold) |
Blood Pressure — Neon Blue (Systolic) & Neon Purple (Diastolic)
Blood pressure is displayed as two separate lines. The y-axis ranges from 60–200 mmHg.
| Reading | Systolic | Diastolic |
| Normal | <120 | <80 |
| Elevated | 120–129 | <80 |
| Stage 1 High | 130–139 | 80–89 |
| Stage 2 High | ≥140 | ≥90 |
Blood Glucose — Neon Green
Blood glucose is measured in mg/dL. The y-axis ranges from 60–300 mg/dL.
| Timing | Typical Range |
| Fasting | 70–99 mg/dL |
| 2h post-meal | <140 mg/dL |
| Time in Range (TIR) target | 70–180 mg/dL |
Body Weight — Neon Amber
Weight is displayed in lbs (or kg if your profile is set to metric). The y-axis auto-scales to your personal weight range.

Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) appears when you have SpO₂ readings logged in the Vitals tab. Normal range is 95–100%.
