Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
All VitalSync subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. VitalSync does not handle billing directly.
How to Cancel
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
How to Switch Plans
To switch between monthly and annual:
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not VitalSync. To request a refund:
Your Data After Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. All health records remain on your device. If you resubscribe later, everything is still there.
