Logging Your Body Weight

Tracking your body weight in VitalSync adds the neon amber line to your NeoVital graph and contributes to your long-term health trend analysis.

How to Log a Weight Entry

  • Open VitalSync and tap the Weight tab (or scroll to the Weight section on the Dashboard).
  • Tap the + Add button.
  • Enter your weight. VitalSync supports both lbs and kg — your preferred unit is set in your Health Profile.
  • The date and time default to now. Tap either field to adjust if you are logging a past reading.
  • Tap Save.
  • Your entry appears immediately in the Weight log and the NeoVital graph updates to include the new data point.

    Switching Between lbs and kg

Go to Settings > Health Profile and change the Weight Unit field. All existing entries are automatically converted to the new unit.

    How Weight Data Feeds NeoVital

The NeoVital card on your Dashboard reads your most recent weight entries and plots them as the neon amber line on the multi-metric graph. The y-axis auto-scales to your personal weight range, so small day-to-day changes are clearly visible.

    Apple Health Sync

If you have Body Mass write permission granted to VitalSync in Apple Health, your weight entries are also written to Apple Health. Conversely, weight readings from other apps (such as a smart scale app) that write to Apple Health will appear in VitalSync automatically.

Note: VitalSync is a personal wellness tool. Body weight data is stored entirely on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
