HealthKit Not Syncing
If your Apple Health data is not appearing in VitalSync, follow these steps.
Step 1 — Check Permissions
Step 2 — Force Sync
Tap the Force Sync button at the top of the VitalSync Dashboard. This triggers an immediate pull from Apple Health.
Step 3 — Check Apple Watch Connection
If you use an Apple Watch:
Step 4 — Restart the App
Close VitalSync completely (swipe up from the app switcher) and reopen it.
Step 5 — Check iOS Version
VitalSync requires iOS 16 or later. Go to Settings → General → Software Update to check for updates.
Step 6 — Reinstall
If none of the above work, delete and reinstall VitalSync. Your Apple Health data will re-sync automatically. Note: manually entered data in VitalSync (not synced to Health) will be lost.
