Exporting Data as CSV

Export your raw health data as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets or other apps.

Exporting Data as CSV

In addition to PDF reports, VitalSync can export your raw health data as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, research, or other health apps.

How to Export

  • Go to Settings → Data Management → Export Data.
  • Select the data types to include (BP, HR, Sleep, Nutrition, etc.).
  • Select the date range.
  • Tap Export as CSV.
  • Share or save the file using the standard iOS share sheet.
  • CSV Format

    Each row represents one data point with columns for:

    • Date and time (ISO 8601)
    • Metric type
    • Value(s)
    • Unit
    • Source (manual entry or HealthKit sync)
