Data Missing or Not Showing
If readings you have logged are not appearing on the Dashboard or in detail screens, here are the most common causes and fixes.
Cause 1 — HealthKit Permissions
VitalSync can only display data it has permission to read. Check Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → VitalSync and ensure all relevant data types are enabled.
Cause 2 — Date Range
Some detail screens default to a 7-day view. If your reading is older than 7 days, switch to the 30-day or 90-day view using the segmented control at the top of the chart.
Cause 3 — No Data in Apple Health
If you are relying on Apple Watch for automatic sync, check that the relevant data is actually present in the Health app. Open Health → Browse → [data type] to verify.
Cause 4 — Force Sync Needed
Tap the Force Sync button on the Dashboard to trigger a fresh pull from Apple Health.
Cause 5 — App Needs Restart
Close and reopen VitalSync. Some data updates require a fresh app session to display.
